Modric: Time to Old Trafford riot

Spurs midfielder Luka Modric has said that it is the right time to take a win at Old Trafford.

Tottenham Hotspurs are preparing for the game againts the Red Devil’s at Old Trafford on this Saturday and Croatian midfielter said that the team is in full form and can defeat United at Old trafford.

This is going to be a big week for Spurs as they have to play two crucial games one agingts United in Premier League and other is againts Inter Milan in Champions League.

Modric said “We’re ready, why not?” said Luka, who scored when we looked to be on our way at 2-0 up at Old Trafford in April, 2009, only for things to take a drastic turn via a penalty decision and we ended up losing 5-2.”
“We showed against Inter in the second half that we can compete with the best teams in the world and United is certainly one of the best teams in the world.

“But why not go there and try to win? I know Tottenham haven’t won at Old Trafford for a long time, so why not now?.”

“It’s the best stage to play, the best stadium and it will be a great game for us. I hope we can do something there.”
